1. What is the difference between a Standard and Luxury bouquet?
Standard version of a bouquet is always shown on its photo. Most bouquets can be upgraded to luxury version, which features either longer stem flowers or enriched foliage and decoration.
2. Can I add a note to the delivered bouquet?
Yes! You will find the "card message" field when addressing the bouquet (while entering the receiver's address). The message should not exceed 300 characters. It will be hand written, attached and delivered along with the bouquet FREE OF CHARGE. If you do not wish to include a message to the ordered bouquet please leave the "card message" filed empty.
3. Can I specify the hour, when the flowers should be delivered?
We cannot guarantee the delivery at a precisely specified hour, although we try our best to do so. You can however specify the time of day when you would like to have the delivery made (i.e. evening, morning, between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM, after 6 PM, etc.). Such information should be entered in the "Additional information concerning your order " field.
4. Are there any extra charges?
NO! The prices which you see on our website are final. They include the delivery costs, local taxes and transaction costs.
5. Will I stay anonymous to the recipient unless I sign my name as part of the message delivered along with the flowers?
Yes. The only information passed along with the flowers is the message card delivered along with the flowers.
