Policy
Please follow the guidelines listed below to ensure that your package is delivered on time:
1. Your flowers will be delivered on time if the correct address and the recipient's valid phone number are provided. If the flowers are supposed to be delivered to a company's office or to some public place (i.e. church during a wedding ceremony), please specify it in the "Additional information for florist" field:
For example:
"Please deliver flowers to Mrs. Smith in Smith&Smith company: 2 floor, room No. 123
or leave in the secretary's office on the first floor"
2. It is necessary to provide the recipient's phone number. You will be asked to confirm the that our florist may call the recipient before delivery in order to confirm the time and place of delivery. If you don't want us to call the recipient before delivery please note that you grant us the right to leave the delivered items outside the door or with a neighbor if the recipient is not present during delivery time.
3. If you allow us to call the recipient before delivery and the recipient is not present at the delivery address, our courier will immediately call the recipient to make an appointment and complete the delivery (sometimes the delivery person will call the recipient before the delivery is made). If it is impossible to reach the recipient, Flowers2Poland will leave the delivered items at the door of with the neighbor.
4. All orders placed until 3 p.m.(local time) will be carried out on the same day unless otherwise specified by the sender.
5. During the order placement procedure you will also be asked to provide "suggested delivery hours". This will be treated as a suggestion for our messenger telling him when it is best to make the delivery. In most cases the delivery will be made within the suggested hour range or even at a given hour if such information is provided in the "Additional information concerning your order" field. Delivery hours are treated only as a SUGGESTION - we do NOT guarantee delivery at a specific hour.

7. The recipient accepts the quality and freshness of the delivered flowers by signing the delivery confirmation form. Flowers2Poland does not take responsibility for any delays and flower delivery failures, which result from incorrectly entered data (i.e. recipient's address, telephone number), payment errors or IT system failure at Flowers2Poland or one of it's PARTNERS.
8. Product replacement policy
If possible, we always deliver flowers and gifts identical to the ones shown on our web site. In some cases replacing one flower with a different one may be unavoidable and necessary to deliver flowers on time. We always do our best to make the bouquet as close to the ordered one as possible.
Flowers2Poland reserves the right to deliver a bouquet or gift that resemble the original ones the most (similar size, style, color).
Chocolate boxes and other gifts may differ from the ones presented on our web site. However, we guarantee that the shipped products will have the same quality and value.
9. Restrictions
Flowers and gifts addressed to rooms at hotels, hospitals, dorms, etc., will be left at the reception desk if the recipient is not present during delivery or the delivery person is not permitted to enter the premises. Flowers2Poland will not be held responsible for actions taken by the reception personnel (i.e. not forwarding the flowers / gifts to the recipient).
10. Delivery in countries other than Poland.
Flowers2Poland reserves the right to use third party transportation and delivery companies to ship bouquets and gifts to a specified address. It is possible that flowers will be delivered in special shipping boxes and on terms used by such companies. There will be no extra charges for this type of service.
In certain locations the contents and appearance of the ordered bouquet can be different from the one shown on our website, however the total value of the delivered bouquet will be unchanged.
We do NOT deliver to P.O. BOX addresses.
11. Canceling an order
Orders with delivery addresses in Poland can be canceled by the sender if Flowers2Poland is notified at least 1 working day ahead of the scheduled delivery date. Flowers2Poland will refund such orders and deduct a 5% handling fee. Orders with delivery addresses outside of Poland cannot be canceled.
12. Complaints and claims
All claims must be filed within 7 days of the requested delivery date which is indicted in the original order. Claims must be submitted to Flowers2Poland in a written form (via. e-mail or fax). Flowers2Poland will contact the person filing the claim and inform him about the outcome within 7 days of receiving the claim in a written form. Positively resolved claims will be either refunded or replacements for the original order will be delivered.
13. Satisfaction guarantee policy
Every order is backed by our Guarantee of Satisfaction.
Flowers will be delivered on time, in good condition and to full value. If you are dissatisfied in anyway, you will not be charged on condition that the bouquet will be returned to the local florist who delivered the order within 24 hours of delivery.
